MarLey Rose is happy to offer our customers an 8 week lay-by service.  Now you can purchase all your heart desires and pay it off in 5 easy manageable repayments. Simply place your order online and choose the lay-by option in your shopping cart when processing your order.  We will send you an email confirmation outlining your payments and you will be given a lay-by reference number. A deposit of 20% is required upfront within 48 hours of order confirmation to proceed with your lay-by. There after fortnightly repayments are required on your lay-by purchase. Upon payment of the initial deposit, you are deemed to have agreed and accepted MarLey Rose lay-By Terms and Conditions.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• Minimum purchase is $100.
• 20% Deposit payable within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• The remaining 80% to be paid in fortnightly repayments outlined in your invoice.
• Order items will be dispatched when final payment is made and cleared by our bank.
• Cancellation will result in the forfeit of your 20% deposit.
• Please notify us by email if you wish to cancel your Lay-by.
• Lay-by purchases are not cumulative.  Each new purchase constitutes a new lay-by.
• If you wish to finalise your lay-by earlier than 8 weeks you can pay the full balance owing and we will dispatch your order
• Please contact us if there is any change to your customer details eg. Email address, postal address, phone number

PAYMENT 

Payments can be made by Bank Deposit or a nominated Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD).  Please use your Lay-by number as reference when processing your bank deposit.

If you are having trouble making your lay-by payments on time, you should contact MarLey Rose as soon as possible to discuss the options. If you fail to make payments by the agreed lay-by terms set out in your invoice, you are in breach of the contract and MarLey Rose reserves the right to cancel your lay-by.
