If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received a faulty item please notify us immediately at info@marleyrose.com.au. Please include details of your return reason in your email.  We will issue a returns number for you to quote when returning the item. Items must be returned within 7 days and must be unused in original condition with tags attached.  We will issue a store credit on receipt, or exchange the item. Shipping cost are not refundable.  The item needs to be returned at your cost and is your responsibility until it reaches us. Merchandise should be shipped by registered mail to:
