
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received a faulty item please notify us immediately at info@marleyrose.com.au. Please include details of your return reason in your email. Items must be returned within 7 days and must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. We will issue an online store credit upon receipt of the returned item. Note refunds cannot be processed against change of mind or incorrect purchases. Shipping costs and purchase price are only refundable on faulty items provided the fault is not due to wear and tear and is a genuine manufacturing fault.
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches MarLey Rose. Merchandise should be shipped by registered mail to:

An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise.
NOTE: Orders processed through our pre order system cannot be returned and money cannot be refunded.
